Do you offer wholesale?

Absolutely—we specialize in wholesale bath goods with seasonal launches, curated bundles, and private label options. Just head to the Wholesale tab to start shopping and explore our full lineup.

Do you sell retail?

Yes, we do! Just head to any tab outside the Wholesale section to shop our full retail line. Whether you’re treating yourself or shopping for gifts, you’ll find everything available for direct purchase.

Can I place a wholesale order for a single event or pop-up?

Yes! While we typically sell by the case, many of our bundle deals are perfect for short-term retail setups like markets, pop-ups, or gift events. No long-term commitment required.

Is there a wholesale minimum?

There’s no order minimum, but all products are sold by the case. Case sizes vary by product—typically 6, 12, or more units. Looking for more variety in smaller quantities? Our bundle deals are a great place to start.

What if I'm ordering in bulk for a large event or holiday season?

For large orders—especially 100+ units or seasonal preorders—please allow up to 14 business days for processing. All Soak + Salt Co. products are made in small batches to ensure quality, so we recommend ordering early during peak seasons to secure availability and on-time delivery.

Do you offer samples before placing a full order?

We don’t offer individual product samples, but our curated bundle deals are a great way to test a variety of products in smaller quantities before committing to a full case. They're ideal for first-time wholesale buyers or event prep.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

No—because we begin processing orders immediately to maintain fast turnaround times, changes are not allowed once an order is submitted. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.


🎨 Product Details & Custom Options

Are your products handmade?

Yes—every Soak + Salt Co. product is handcrafted in the USA using premium ingredients. We work in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and the kind of detail you can see (and smell) in every soak.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

While not all products are certified vegan, none of our products are tested on animals. We’re committed to high-quality, cruelty-free formulations and always list ingredients transparently.

Can I private label your products?

Absolutely. Most Soak + Salt Co. products—excluding our classic round bath bombs—are available for private labeling. We’ll replace our branding with your black-and-white logo for a clean, professional finish. [Learn more here.]

Can I get a preview of a private label design? 

Absolutely! We offer digital label previews via email so you can see exactly how your logo will look. Please note: we use black and white versions of your logo, and your branding will replace the Soak + Salt Co. logo on applicable products. Just send over your file, and we’ll handle the rest.

Can I order products without labels?

Yes! Just leave a note at checkout or email us with your request. We’ll ship your order unlabeled and ready for your own branding—no extra steps required.

Can I choose custom scents or colors?

At this time, we don’t offer fully custom scents or colors. However, our seasonal collections feature a wide variety of best-selling options designed to match current trends and customer demand. Customization may be available for large-scale orders—please contact us for details.

Do you include ingredient labels on your products?

Yes! All Soak + Salt Co. products come with ingredient labeling to ensure transparency and compliance. If you’re ordering without labels or using private label, we’ll provide the full ingredient list separately so you can include it on your own packaging.


đźšš Shipping & Fulfillment

Where do you ship from? 

All orders ship from our studio in Louisiana—a small-batch workspace rooted in our family’s inherited home. It’s where every Soak + Salt Co. product is crafted, packed, and sent with care.

What’s your processing time?

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. During peak times—like seasonal launches or restocks—please allow up to 10 business days as we carefully pack each order by hand.

Do you offer local pickups or delivery?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup or delivery. All orders are shipped directly from our Louisiana studio.

Do you combine shipping if I place multiple orders close together?

We do our best to combine orders placed within the same shipping window, but we cannot guarantee it. To avoid duplicate shipping, please place one consolidated order whenever possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Rush shipping isn’t something we offer by default, and due to our small-batch production process, it’s rarely possible. That said, if you’re on a tight timeline, feel free to email us—we can’t guarantee expedited turnaround, but we’ll always try our best to help.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order. Since we offer free shipping, we always use the most cost-effective method available—no exceptions. We do not upgrade carriers or expedite transit times by request, and we do not bill customers for carrier changes. This allows us to keep pricing simple, transparent, and fair for all wholesale orders.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a missing package investigation. They have access to GPS delivery scans and delivery confirmation—information we don’t have access to.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (not marked as delivered) and it’s been no more than 5 business days since the expected delivery date, contact us at support@soakandsaltco.com with your order number and the carrier case ID. We’ll review the situation and assist where possible.

Please note: Soak + Salt Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not refund or replace orders once delivery is confirmed.

What if my products arrive damaged?

If any items arrive damaged, please contact us at support@soakandsaltco.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged products and packaging. We’ll review and work with you on a resolution.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Due to ongoing tariff restrictions and increased international shipping costs, we’ve temporarily paused global orders. We’re actively monitoring changes and plan to resume international shipping as soon as rates and regulations stabilize.

How should I store bath bombs?

Store bath bombs in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight. Keeping them wrapped and out of moisture ensures maximum fizz, color, and scent when it’s time to soak.

Can I store bath bombs in the bathroom?

We recommend storing bath bombs outside of high-humidity areas like bathrooms, especially if they’re frequently steamy. Moisture can activate fizzing early and weaken fragrance.

Do your products expire?

Because our products are made to order, they can last up to 12 months when stored properly. However, for the best fizz, fragrance, and overall experience, we strongly recommend using them within 3–6 months of purchase.

Are your products safe for kids?

Yes—our bath bombs are made with gentle, kid-friendly ingredients. That said, we always recommend adult supervision during use. For younger children, be mindful of bath bomb size: using a full-size bomb in a small amount of water can lead to oversaturation, which may irritate sensitive skin.

To avoid this, ensure there's enough bath water or simply break the bomb into smaller pieces for multiple uses. You can also shop our Mini Bath Bombs, perfectly portioned for the littles and just as fun and fizzy.

Can I use bath bombs in a jetted tub or whirlpool bath?

Yes, most bath bombs can be used in jetted tubs. However, avoid bombs with botanicals, glitter, or heavy oils, as they may clog jets or leave residue. Always rinse your tub afterward to keep your system clean.

Will bath bombs stain my tub?

No—Soak + Salt Co. bath bombs are made with water-soluble colorants that are designed not to stain. To ensure best results, use in a clean tub and rinse any residue after use. Avoid letting bath bombs sit directly on the tub surface for extended periods.

Can I cut bath bombs in half?

Absolutely! Many customers choose to break larger bombs in half for lighter fragrance, smaller tubs, or multiple uses. You can also try our Mini Bath Bombs for perfectly portioned soaks.
